The name Blue Rocking Chair was inspired by the island themed song, "Old Blue Chair", by Kenny Chesney. Located on Perico Island, less than 2 miles from the world class beaches of Anna Maria Island. Our 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom patio home with privacy wall and gate, you will feel comfortable and safe in our quiet and beautiful neighborhood nestled between the Robinson Nature Preserve and Anna Maria Sound. Enjoy everything Anna Maria has to offer and then escape the hustle and bustle of AMI and retreat to the tranquility of Perico Island, a true bird lovers paradise. All rentals are subject to a 30 day minimum per HOA regulations. This ensures that your visit will be peaceful and relaxing.
